We are an online business and all orders are placed via our website. When you order online you get direct access to our extensive range of products, competitive prices and expedient delivery service.

There is no minimum order value. Some of our products are sold individually and some of them are sold in pack quantities.

Yes – we ask all customers to create an account, to help track their order history and store their address details. Registering also makes placing future orders a far simpler process. When visiting us again just enter your email address and password and the rest of your details will drop in automatically. You will also be able to view any current or previous orders, making it simple to reorder your favourite household products. We will never share any of your details with third parties.

We offer a no quibble returns or exchange policy within 14 days. All we ask is the item is returned in the same condition they were received, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

Please note you will be responsible for the return postage. In the event of a return simply send us a message at info@brandedhousehold.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help.

Please allow 8-10 working days for us to process returns from the date delivered to our warehouse. Once we have received your return, we will process this for you, and you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
