Delivery

All orders received by 12 p.m. will be dispatched the same working day. All orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day (Mon to Fri). Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch on weekends and holidays.

All orders shall be dispatched via Royal Mail, Hermes or Amazon Shipping.:

UK MAINLAND – 3-5 Working Days

Standard shipping (£3.95) – For orders below £10 

Standard shipping (£4.95) – For orders above £10

Express Delivery (£9.99)– Excludes Saturday Delivery – Please note available to postcodes in the UK Mainland when orders are placed before 12pm

(Please note  due to the busy period no carrier will guarantee Next Day, we rely on the couriers to deliver on time however some next days may take 2 days)

NON MAINLAND & UK HIGHLANDS

Channel Islands – Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Sicily, Jersey & Guernsey, and Northern Ireland (£12.95)

Highlands – Aberdeen, Falkirk, Inverness, Perth, Kirkwall, Paisley. Kilmarnock and the Outer Hebrides (£12.95)

Returns

We offer a no quibble returns or exchange policy within 14 days. All we ask is the item is returned in the same condition they were received, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

Please note you will be responsible for the return postage. In the event of a return simply send us a message at info@brandedhousehold.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help.
